Man allegedly blows up China tax office to vent anger: police

Chinese police said Friday that a man who allegedly detonated a bomb at a tax office in the central province of Hunan last month did this to vent his anger.

Liu Zhuiheng, 51, was captured on Aug. 8 in Quanzhou County in south China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, some 500 kilometers south of Changsha City where the blast occurred, police in Changsha said.
